The Bangladesh Christian Society celebrated Christmas on the 25th of December 2017 at the St. Joseph Auditorium in Rockdale, with all the Bangladeshi Christian community as well as some invited guests. Dr. Ronald Patro, President welcomed all the guests. A prayer was made, followed by lunch. There was a cultural function as well, where many of the adults and children performed songs or dances. And last, but definitely not least, Santa Clause once again made the long journey from the North Pole to Rockdale. He sang Christmas carols with the children before distributing their presents. The day ended with a raffle draw where there were many great prizes to be won.
