Sad News: Father of Zakia Mazid, Holsworthy (Mr. Shah Mohammad Zahurul Hoq, former principle of Residential Model College) passed away (inna lilllahey…razeun) at the age of 72, around 10:00AM on 15th of Nov 2010 at LABAID hospital at Dhaka, Bangladesh. His Namaj-E-Janaja will be held at Jamalpur, Mymensing and his final resting place will be at their family graveyard. Mr Hoq had worked in various places throughout the duration of his career. He worked at Bangladesh Forest Department; Jute Research; Nigeria; England; as a principal at Khulna Public school and college and finally retired as principal from Dhaka Residential Model College. He left one son, two daughters, 4 grandchildren as well as an abundance of students. Please pray for his departed soul and Zakia Mazid and her family so that they may overcome their tragic loss.
